Prohibited Scraping: Scraping our Site’s database, bulk-downloading our catalog via automated bots without consent, or replicating our core code infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its formation or validity, shall be settled through amicable business negotiation, or failing that, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where our operational headquarters reside.
