1. General Return Policy (B2B Wholesale)
Final Sale: All bulk purchases placed on our Site are considered final sales.
No Returns for Non-Quality Issues: We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, find the products hard to sell, or dislike the style, color, or material upon arrival.
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
