Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

Haowholesale ([https://haowholesale.com/](https://haowholesale.com/)) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, and third parties, and we expect our users and wholesale buyers to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the ownership of materials on our Site and the procedures for reporting alleged copyright or trademark infringements.

1. Ownership of Site Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content, features, and functionality on the Site—including but not limited to the Haowholesale name, branding, logos, graphics, website design, text, layout strings, search forms, and custom HTML/CSS frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Haowholesale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

2. Limited Image & Content License for Verified Buyers

We understand that our B2B wholesale customers require high-quality product images, titles, and descriptions to effectively market and resell goods on their independent retail channels (e.g., Shopify boutiques, Amazon stores).

  • Authorized Use: Verified buyers who have successfully placed and paid for a bulk order on our Site are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the specific product images and descriptions associated with their purchased items solely to facilitate the resale of those exact goods.

  • Unauthorized Scraping: Bulk-downloading, automated scraping, or extracting our entire product catalog, price matrices, or database utilizing bots, scripts, or crawler tools without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke this image license at any time if a buyer violates our Terms of Service or engages in unfair business practices.

3. Trademark and Brand Restrictions

The brand names, logos, and custom product series identifiers used on [https://haowholesale.com/](https://haowholesale.com/) are trademarks of Haowholesale. You may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among retail consumers or in any manner that disparages or discredits our wholesale market.

4. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Infringement (DMCA)

As an international wholesale supplier sourcing a vast inventory of fashion apparel and accessories, we take product authenticity seriously. If you are a brand owner or authorized agent who believes that any product listed on our Site infringes upon your copyright or trademark, you may submit a formal takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To be effective, your infringement notice must be sent via email to our legal support channel (see Section 6) and must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed (including registration certificates where applicable).

  3. Identification of the specific product listing or material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) from haowholesale.com.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your business address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete infringement notice, we will investigate promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product listing within 48–72 hours.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a product listing you purchased or interacted with has been removed due to a copyright or trademark claim, and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your name, address, and contact details.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its prior URL.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to local business arbitration jurisdictions.
