Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing Window: Because we deal with wholesale and volume sorting, all in-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and Beijing Time holidays) after full payment is confirmed.
Custom or Bulk Orders: If your order contains custom products or items requiring extended sourcing, processing may take longer. Our team will contact you directly with an estimated timeline.
Tracking Update: Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated email containing your tracking number and logistics carrier information will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and regions. Depending on your budget and urgency, we offer several tiers of international shipping:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, peak logistics seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Year-End rush), or severe weather.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for B2B)
Buyer’s Responsibility: As a B2B wholesale transaction, the buyer (recipient) is entirely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs Issues: Haowholesale is not responsible for packages detained, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities in your country due to failure to pay local import fees or lack of proper local import licenses.
Declaration Invoices: If you require specific product descriptions or lower declared values on the commercial invoice to assist with your local customs clearance, please contact our support team prior to shipment.
4. Shipping Addresses & Delivery Failures
Address Accuracy: Buyers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number (with country code), and recipient name provided during checkout are 100% correct and complete. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Failure: If a package is returned to us or destroyed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, no refund will be issued. The buyer must pay additional shipping fees if they wish to have the package resent.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspecting Your Shipment: Upon receiving your shipment, please carefully inspect the external box. If the box is severely damaged, crushed, or torn open, please take photos/videos before opening it and demand a damage report from the delivery courier.
Lost Packages: If your tracking status has not updated for over 20 business days for Express/Standard shipping, please notify us immediately. We will open an official investigation with the logistics carrier. Once a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
